I build two things: enterprise products that turn data into business answers, and the teams that ship them. Currently at Ipsos, a global leader in market research.

I've spent nine years building data products in enterprise B2B SaaS, the last five as Chief Product Officer. My focus is making technically complex products simple enough to sell and efficient enough to run: setting the vision, building the squads that ship it, and tying the work back to revenue and measurable client outcomes. In practice that has meant three things: leading the shift to AI-first and taking it from prototype to production, rebuilding the platform experience end to end after tracing lost enterprise deals to usability, and cutting the data-cost base while growing double digits. I build products that solve a real customer problem, not the hype around the technology.

Ipsos Synthesio

Chief Product Officer

Jan 2022 – Present

Leading product for an enterprise SaaS platform for consumer and market intelligence, used by Fortune 500 brands, through its shift to AI-first: a rebuilt experience, agentic tooling, a widened data corpus, and a disciplined cost base.

  • Simplification, UX: Traced lost enterprise RFPs to ease of use and won board budget for a full experience rebuild, then ran it end to end: an external UX task force, a permanent researcher hired in-house, prototype validation, and a year of continuous increments rather than one big release. Now in commercial activation.
  • Simplification, AI: Reset the portfolio from expert-only query syntax to natural language, and shipped the company's first AI agent plus five generative capabilities, cutting analyst turnaround from days to hours for a measured 20% gain at clients including L'Oréal. Established the first LLM evaluation practice.
  • Profitability: Led the data-cost workstream on a €4M annual sourcing envelope, cutting consumption on the biggest contract by two thirds, retendering the second, and ending four others.
  • Growth: Led the shift from social listening to multi-domain intelligence, unifying social, search, and ratings and reviews on one platform, and opened a headless channel through a production MCP server for decision-makers who never log in. ARR up double digits, deals above €1M.
  • Team: Built and now run a nine-person product organisation across four squads, spanning product management, design, product marketing, and product ops.
